About Omniprise
Omniprise is a Paraguayan food service operator created in late 2024 to develop, operate and integrate high-impact brands. It combines physical restaurants, dark kitchens, delivery and mass-consumption channels. Its portfolio includes own brands — UFO, Rocco Pasta Bar and El Club de los Condenados — and brands acquired and integrated on January 1, 2026: Sammy's Express Pizza, PastaBox, Mr. Chow and Barrio Pizzero. Headquartered in Asunción, the group operates 17 physical locations, a network of dark kitchens across Greater Asunción and a team of more than 135 people.
