• Franchise form: first name, last name, email, phone, city, country, brand of interest, previous experience, investment range, location availability, motivation, and how you found us.
• Supplier form: company name, tax ID (RUC), category, coverage, contact person, email, phone and proposal.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your personal data exclusively to:

• Respond to inquiries made through the contact form.
• Evaluate franchise applications and contact potential candidates.
• Send relevant information about the franchise or supplier onboarding process when you have requested it.

The processing of your data is based on your express consent when submitting our forms. This consent is free, prior, and informed, in accordance with the National Constitution of Paraguay (Art. 33) on the right to privacy, Law No. 4868/2013 on Electronic Commerce, and general data protection principles in force in the Republic of Paraguay.

To deliver form submissions and manage requests we use technology service providers acting on behalf of Omniprise, under confidentiality obligations and with internationally recognised security standards. These providers only process data to the extent necessary to provide the service to us.
