1. Acceptance of the terms
Accessing and using www.omniprise.com.py (the “Site”), operated by Omniprise (Asunción, Paraguay), implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site is informational and corporate: it presents the group's brands, its business model, franchise opportunities and contact channels for partners, suppliers and press. Food orders are handled through WhatsApp and each brand's delivery platforms, not through the Site.
3. Franchise information
Franchise information published on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer or a promise of results. Commercial terms, investments and projections are communicated individually during the evaluation process and are formalized only through a written contract.
4. Intellectual property
The names, logos, images, texts and other content on the Site — including those of UFO, El Club de los Condenados, Rocco Pasta Bar, Sammy's Express Pizza, PastaBox, Mr. Chow and Barrio Pizzero — are the property of Omniprise or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited, including press materials, which are provided only on request and under the usage guidelines communicated by the marketing team.
5. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to take actions that could damage, overload or impair its operation, nor to use the contact forms to send false, offensive or unsolicited content.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites and services (e.g. WhatsApp, delivery platforms or social networks). Omniprise does not control and is not responsible for their content, policies or operation.
7. Limitation of liability
Omniprise strives to keep the Site's information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Omniprise shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Asunción. You can write to info@omniprise.com.py with any questions about these Terms.
